Billet and Bloom slab ingots can be described as semi-finished products. Here are some of these products:

Ingot
The bullion has a trapezoidal surface with a maximum length of up to 4 meters in each branch. The shape of the bullion makes it easy to transport.
Billet
The billet is longer than the ingot and has a circular or square surface of less than 2 cm in width, or a cross section of less than 5 cm.
Bloom
Bloom, also known as a bullet, is actually the same billet but more than 2 cm wide, or less than 5 cm in cross section, so Bloom and Billet usually fall into one category. Most of Bloom’s uses are for rails, shields, studs, cans, rifles, and more.
Slab
Unlike Billet and Bloom, the surface of the slab is rectangular and is usually 2mm thick, 2.5mm wide and 5m long. Slabs are the raw materials for making steel plates. They are also called slabs, strips or slabs.
